Toby Bloomberg
Toby (founder of Bloomberg Marketing and author of the popular Diva Marketing Blog) is passionate about working with people (not companies) to create initiatives that integrate the power of social media communications to build and nurture “digital corner grocery store customer relationships.” Bloomberg Marketing leverages over 20 years of traditional and new media experience to help marketers understand the social media landscape and then partners with them to build strategies that join-in and leverage conversational marketing. The goal is always strategic: to support business objectives through relationships that not only build community but encourage brand loyalty.
Nedra Weinreich

Nedra is president and founder of Weinreich Communications. She is widely recognized as an expert in the field of social marketing. She is the author of the classic book Hands-On Social Marketing: A Step-by-Step Guide and a prominent blogger on social marketing issues at the Spare Change blog. Since starting Weinreich Communications in 1995, Weinreich has provided effective and innovative social marketing services for clients like the US Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration, Public Health Service, National Cancer Institute, Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Energy and numerous state, local and international organizations. Prior to her work with Weinreich Communications, she designed health education and communication programs for public and private organizations.
Mario R. Nacinovich
Mario has more than 16 years experience in the health marketing communications field. He is currently Managing Director for AXON, US, a specialist healthcare consulting firm and has served in various capacities at organizations dedicated to improving and shaping the professional lives of health communicators around the world. Most notably, he is the current Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Communication in Healthcare, a peer-reviewed publication focusing on how to improve communication in all aspects of healthcare delivery, health promotion and the healthcare business. In addition, he currently serves as an online facilitator for the graduate program in Health Communication at Boston University. He also leads several online groups focusing on healthcare on LinkedIn and is a member of several leading industry editorial and advisory boards. Mario holds an undergraduate degree in Managerial Science with minors in Economics and Psychology from Manhattan College and a Master of Science degree in Health Communication from Boston University. Jack Barrette
Jack is CEO of WEGO Health, the first online community to empower social media consumer opinion leaders. WEGO Health’s Activist Social Network is the trusted community liaison to pharmaceutical and health marketers. Previously, Jack was Category Development Officer for Lifestyle, Health & Medicine at Yahoo!, founded pharma strategy firm Mt. Vernon Partners, and launched health interactive agency Echo Strategies Group.
Jane Sarasohn-Kahn
Jane is the founder of THINK-Health, a strategic health consultancy, and is a health economist and management consultant who has worked with healthcare stakeholders for over twenty years. Focusing at the nexus of healthcare and technology, her projects focus on: scenario, strategic and business planning, forecasting and health policy analysis. Jane has assisted every segment of the health care industry throughout her career including technology and medical device companies; educational institutions; pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors; healthcare providers; payers and plans; consumer products companies; non-profits; and, financial services firms.
Meredith Gould
Meredith is a “healthcare infomediary,” who focuses on rewriting complex healthcare industry jargon into easy-to-grasp text for consumers and providers. She is also an applied sociologist by training, with research, editorial and marketing communications experience in a wide range of industries. Since 1990, she has focused on health and wellness issues, especially the social construction of health status and criteria for healthcare delivery.
Amir Lewkowicz
Amir is co-founder and Vice President for Partnerships at Inspire, a company that creates safe, trusted online health communities, organized by medical condition, for patients and caregivers. At Inspire, Amir creates and manages the relationships with Inspire’s health organization partners. Previously, Amir was channel manager at Sphera, a leading provider of web hosting automation software. At Sphera, Amir developed and managed relationships with partners such as I.B.M. Amir has also served as Sr. Account Manager for Triangle Technologies, a consulting firm that creates strategic alliances between Asian and non-Asian technology companies. In that capacity, developed and managed distribution agreements, marketing initiatives and investments on behalf of clients internationally.
